The Boieng 787 Dreamliner is a long-range, mid-sized body, twin-engine jet airliner developed and manufactured by Boeing. The 787 features a 210 - 330 passenger capacity depending on the variant. Acccording to Boeing, the 787 is the company's most fuel efficent airliner and is the first major airliner to use composite materials in the airframe, with approximately 20% - 35% of the airframe constructed with composites.
The 787-8 is the baseline model of the Dreamliner.
The 787-9 is the "streched" version of the 787, featuring a larger passenger capacity.
The 787-10 is the biggest Dreamliner variant, sacrificing range for more passenger capacity. It will have a rage of about 7000 nautical miles.
